 South Whatcom Library upcoming events

South Whatcom Storytime Wednesdays from 10:30am – 11:00am March 8, 15, 22 and 29. Come to the South Whatcom Library to enjoy an open program for ages 2-6 that includes stories, rhymes, and songs with opportunities for movement and interactive participation.   Teddy Bear Biography Wednesday March 15 from 3:30pm – 4:30pm Bring your favorite plush or stuffed animal to South Whatcom Library and write their origin story. We provide the blank books, you provide the imagination.   Sudden Valley Community Garage Sale This Month! Saturday, March 25 from 9 AM to 1 PM Friends of the South Whatcom Library Book Sale ~ Take What You Want, Pay What You Can! At the South Whatcom Library Cash Donation or Check Please All proceeds support your South Whatcom Library.   Save the Dates!  Library Giving Day Tuesday April 4, 2023 from 15 from 10:00am – 8:00pm At South Whatcom Library  Thank you to the 203 friends and patrons who donated nearly $18,000 to the Whatcom County Library Foundation during Library Giving Day 2022! They’ll walk you through every step of the process, from planning and plant selection all the way to tending, harvesting methods, and storage. Bring your questions and get ready to grow!
