On Tuesday, April 1, libraries across the country will celebrate Library Giving Day, and we invite you to join FoSWL at South Whatcom Library for a day filled with activities and opportunities to support our local library!
A Day of Fun and Giving
We’re making this special day even more exciting with activities for all ages! Whether you’re looking for your next great read or a fun after-school event for the kids, there’s something for everyone.
Book Sale | 10 AM – 4:30 PM
Browse a fantastic selection of books and find your next literary adventure while supporting the library. Every purchase helps fund vital programs and services!
After-School Children’s Activities | 4 PM – 7 PM
Bring the little ones for an afternoon of creativity and fun! We’ll have face painting, temporary tattoos, and a craft table to keep young imaginations engaged.
How You Can Make a Difference
Library Giving Day is a chance to give back and ensure that our libraries continue to be places of inspiration and connection. The Whatcom County Library Foundation has set a goal of raising $10,000, and your support—no matter the amount—can help make it happen.
