Accepting candidate applications for FoSWL Board of Directors for September 2023

The Friends of the South Whatcom Library exists to enhance the South Whatcom Library services through support and advocacy, raising awareness of the library’s value in our community.

Help us plan monthly educational and fun-filled activities for adults and kids. For example, get on board with the creation of nature events geared to little ones and can be enjoyed by all ages; Reading Kickoff is in June, another enjoyable hands-on learning event for the whole family. And it begins with a party at South Whatcom Library.  “Whatcom Grooves” Summer Jazz concerts are coming this summer! Want to assist? Let us know: frndsofswlibrary@gmail.com

And there could be so much more with YOUR input! We love our library and want to provide the support so that ALL community members can enjoy library services and events for ages to come.

Help support your library by becoming involved with the Friends of the South Whatcom Library Board of Directors.  Please provide a Bio and your contact information:  email frndsofswlibrary@gmail.com or  mail to FoSWL, 8 Barn View Ct, Bellingham, WA  98229.
