Kickoff Day: Wednesday, June 26 from 10:00am – 6:00pm

South Whatcom Library

Join us all week long as we celebrate the beginning of our Summer Reading program. Collect your Summer Reading card, learn about summer programs, and connect with other readers. All youth under 18 will receive a free book that they can pick out and keep forever. 

South Whatcom Library’s Kickoff also includes a variety of activity stations for kids: blow giant bubbles, get creative with sidewalk chalk drawing, stop by our craft table, and find the hidden lobster for an otter pop prize!  Thank you to the Friends of the South Whatcom Library for their enthusiastic support of libraries and for making activities like these available to our community.  Date: Wednesday, June 26 from 10:00am – 6:00pm.
